A tent stay and an introductory dive are available. Neither is included in the room rate — ask for them in the requests box when you book, or write to us.
TENT STAY
A night under canvas
A night in a large tent on the lawn. It is not up when you arrive: once you are here you pitch it with the caretaker — it takes more than one pair of hands — and at check-out you take it down together. Putting it up and taking it down are both part of the experience. Chairs and a table in its porch; the view in front open all the way to Sagami Bay. It sleeps four.

The tent on its own

The pool, the open-air bath and a shower are yours to use. The house itself stays locked, and the Swedish sauna with it — this is a night spent outdoors.
DIVING
Diving
Start in a pool, getting used to breathing underwater; go out to the sea once that feels ordinary. There is a course that takes you as far as a licence, too. An instructor is with you throughout, and on the first dives equipment hire is included in the price.
