The music room, with a grand piano and drums

A house you may play in

A house with a music room — a grand piano and a drum kit, in a double-glazed, sound-insulated room, on a hill above Sagami Bay. Take it for a day at a time, and play together.

THE MUSIC ROOM

A room made to be played in

The grand piano and the drum kit are already here, in a double-glazed, sound-insulated room. With the windows closed you can play without holding back. Both instruments are valuable, so we ask that you handle them with care.

THE WHOLE HOUSE, ONE PARTY A DAY

One party a day

The whole house is yours, one party a day: there is no one on the other side of the wall. The double-height living room, the bedrooms, the glass conservatory — the house becomes your camp for as long as you stay. It sleeps six, up to ten.

BEFORE YOU PLAY

Before you play

Windows closed, until around 10 pm

Please keep the windows fully closed while you play, keep the volume down at night, and finish by around 10 pm.

A residential area

The surrounding area is a quiet residential villa area. The room is sound-insulated, but we ask that you be considerate of the neighbours.

Care for the instruments

The piano and the drums are part of the house. Please treat them with care, for the next people who will play them.

BETWEEN SESSIONS

Between sessions

When your hands need a rest, there is the Swedish sauna, the open-air bath, the jacuzzi — and in summer, the pool with its view of the sea (June to the end of September). From the deck, Sagami Bay, and Izu Oshima on the horizon on a clear day. There is a full kitchen, too. The hours in between are part of the house as well.
