Leave Tokyo on the Tomei expressway and join the Odawara–Atsugi road at Atsugi.
- 60 min
From Odawara take Route 135 south through Manazuru and Atami into Ito. The road runs along the sea.
- 80 min
About ten minutes on towards Kawana. As you climb the hill, the view opens onto the sea.
- GOAL
Ys Base Kawana / Kaiyukan. There is room for five cars on the property.
BY TRAIN — VIA IZU-KYUKO LINE
By train
- START
From Tokyo, the Odoriko limited express — or the Shinkansen and the Ito line — to Ito, in 100 to 120 minutes.
- CHANGE
Two stops on the Izukyu line from Ito to Kawana, about seven minutes.
- GOAL
Five minutes by taxi from Kawana station. With a lot of luggage, a taxi from Ito station (about fifteen minutes) is easier.
