Nobody else is on the property while you are here — no other guests, and no staff coming through.

What we ask of you
Play as loud as you like
The piano and the drums are part of the house. It stands alone on a hill, so there is no hour you have to stop.
Smoking outside
The building is entirely non-smoking. Please smoke on the deck, where there is an ashtray.
The pool is summer only, and unsupervised
Open from June to the end of September, until 21:00. There is no lifeguard — children in the water only with an adult.
The bath and the sauna close at 21:00
The open-air bath and the sauna are available until 21:00. The sauna needs to be booked in advance.
The grill has its place
A BBQ grill set can be rented for ¥3,000, charcoal included — ask when you book. Use it on the terrace, and keep water within reach.
Keep to the numbers
Up to ten people may stay. If friends are joining for the day, please ask us first.

HOW THINGS WORK
How things work
The Swedish sauna
By reservation, and until 21:00. About forty minutes from switching on to the right temperature; the full instructions are in the folder indoors. Keep drinking water.
The jacuzzi
Filling and temperature are explained in the folder indoors. Please do not add bath salts or oils.
The barbecue
The grill set is rented for ¥3,000 with charcoal included — ask when you book. Let the ash cool afterwards, then put it in the bin provided.

Questions guests ask
Infants sharing a bed do not count; any child using their own bedding does. Tell us the make-up of your party when you enquire and we will work it out with you.
6 as standard, prepared to match your party. Beyond 6, and up to 10, we can add bedding at ¥10,000 per person.
Yes, throughout the house — enough for video calls if you are here for an offsite.
Ito Marine Town and the supermarkets in town are both about fifteen minutes away. The kitchen and the grill are yours to use.
Read in the conservatory, play in the music room, sit in the Swedish sauna, then the jacuzzi. This is a house with plenty to do indoors.
Yes. The house stands alone on its hill, so there is no hour you have to stop. The grand piano, drums and guitars are all here.
